About Selenite With Sage
You’re not imagining it.
At some point in life many women reach a moment where everything feels heavier than it used to.
The constant responsibility.
The emotional load.
The pressure to hold everything together.
Burnout can quietly creep in until one day you realise you’re exhausted in ways that rest alone can’t fix.
Selenite With Sage was created as a gentle space for women navigating this season of life.
A place where burnout, overwhelm, emotional exhaustion and midlife change are spoken about honestly — without judgement or unrealistic expectations.
My Story . .
For a long time I tried to keep everything together.
Like many women, I carried the responsibilities of work, family, expectations and the quiet pressure to keep going no matter how exhausted I felt.
Eventually my body and mind reached a point where they simply couldn’t continue at the same pace.
What I experienced during that time taught me something important:
Burnout is not weakness.
It is often a signal that something within us needs care, attention and change.
Through learning about nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, rest and self-reconnection, I slowly began to rebuild a more balanced way of living.
My journey is what inspired the creation of Selenite With Sage.
Why Selenite With Sage?
Selenite and sage have long been associated with clearing, renewal and gentle restoration.
Together they symbolise something simple but powerful:
The ability to release what no longer serves us and create space for calm, clarity and healing.
That same intention sits at the heart of everything shared here.
Through books, resources and guidance, Selenite With Sage offers supportive tools to help women:
• understand burnout and emotional exhaustion
• reconnect with themselves during midlife changes
• calm their nervous system
• rebuild energy and balance
• move from survival mode toward a more peaceful way of living
Everything shared here is designed to be supportive, realistic and compassionate.
If you’ve found your way here, there’s a good chance something in your life has been asking for your attention.
Perhaps you’re feeling exhausted.
Perhaps life feels heavier than it used to.
Wherever you are right now, please know this:
You are not alone.
And it is always possible to begin again.
